Dave is one of the amazing St Cuthbert’s Hospice fundraisers and he is looking forward to his 5th Durham City Run this summer, raising money for the Hospice!
He told us:
‘I signed up because my daughter Kay works at the Hospice and is one of the run leaders at their running club St Cuthbert’s Champions. I go along every Monday and meet with the runners and we do an easy run around the area. This will be my 5th Durham City Run and each year I sign up to run for St Cuthbert’s Hospice to say thank you for their support. My family has used the Hospice services, so I know just how amazing and caring the staff are. I’d really encourage anyone thinking about taking on the Durham City Run to sign up to race for the Hospice… why not give it a go? And, definitely come along to St Cuthbert’s Champions on a Monday night, we meet in the Hospice car park at 5:30pm!”
