A: Race Assembly for each race will be 15 minutes before the start time. This is 18:45 for the 5K, and 19:15 for the 10K. Spectators are not permitted to enter the race assembly area.
Race assembly will be on Framwellgate Waterside, in front of the Radisson Blu Hotel.
There will be pacers for both the 5K and 10K. Please line up according to your estimated finish time, then all runners will be walked forward to the start line all together.
