SATURDAY 17th July PAULA’S FAMILIES ON TRACK Powered by ATOM BANK

World record-holder in the marathon Paula Radcliffe knows better than most the benefits of an active lifestyle and running is obviously her favourite way to stay fit and healthy. As the mother of two energetic children she wants them to enjoy running too, but they can’t usually take part in events together. That provided the inspiration for Families on Track, which debuted at the Durham City Run Festival 2019. A unique event where families can participate together to complete the distance, having fun on the way, and ensuring everyone can join in no matter their age or ability. ENTRIES OPEN NOW!

TECH-TALKS

A series of talks and demonstrations from industry experts covering a range of topics related to running. These will include Injury and Physiotherapy, Nutrition, Technology, Training Tips and Equipment. Many of these will be free to attend but check back here for timings and listings which will be published very soon.
